Pallet wrapper semi-automatic with turntable and Arya system

The pallet wrapper semi-automatic with turntable is a professional system for wrapping loads on pallets. Thanks to the control panel located on the column, it is possible to manage 99 wrapping programmes created by the operator.

It is possible to choose between different pallet wrapping models based on the type of reel carriage installed. The trolley can be equipped with:

• Mechanical brake: the film tension is adjustable via a knob. Recommended for low production rates without the need for variable palletising or special wrapping.

• Electromagnetic friction: the film tension is adjustable via a panel. Recommended for low productions, but with a need to modulate the tension force during the cycle itself.

• Fixed pre-stretching: the film tension is controlled by a sensor that measures its value. It pre-stretches the film with a mechanical command generated by a pair of gears.

Recommended for loads that are not very stable, delicate or for large productions as it saves metres of film: with pre-stretching ratios of 200%, for every metre of film withdrawn it deposits 3 metres on the load to be packed. Wheels for 150% and 250% ratio are also supplied.

• Fixed pre-stretch and Arya System: makes the wrapping process fully automatic as it enables automatic film tying (film hooking and cutting is performed via an infrared remote control). It reduces working time by increasing the number of pallets that can be processed, and is recommended for intensive palletising processes.

The pallet wrapper is designed to handle palletised loads, but the number of pallets that can be machined per hour varies depending on the model chosen:

• 20 pallets per hour in the case of a palletiser not equipped with the Arya system;

• 25 pallets per hour in the case of pallet stretchers equipped with the Arya system.

Depending on the model chosen, the semi-automatic palletiser has either a 1500 mm or 1600 mm diameter table. The characteristics of the palletised load depend on the table chosen:

• Ø1500 mm turntable for max. loads 800x1200 mm;

• Ø1650 mm turntable for max. loads of 1000x1200 mm;

• regardless of the chosen turntable, the maximum load weight is 2000 kg (increased load capacity available as an option) and the maximum wrapping height 2450 mm.

For models with a 1650 mm turntable, a low profile plate is available as an accessory that allows the pallet to be loaded without the use of high ramps, or the table for direct loading via pallet truck with the possibility of loading from the right, left or front. All models, on the other hand, can be equipped with a loading ramp and a pit frame for burying. Finally, the standard equipment includes the possibility of using reels with an external Ø of 250 mm (300 mm if trolley with fixed pre-stretching) and internal Ø of 76 mm - h 500 mm.
