The insulated container ATP 495 liters front opening is the ideal solution for transporting temperature-controlled foodstuffs. The front door is equipped with a stainless steel locking handle with lock button and can be equipped with a tamper-evident system. In addition, the door is fitted with a stainless steel rod with two hooks. Its front opening up to 270° allows for convenient loading and unloading of the food to be transported.

The insulated container is characterised by a one-piece structure consisting of inner and outer walls of the container and door made of polyethylene suitable for food contact. While the insulating material between the walls is made of polyurethane and is CFC- and HCFC-free. The compact dimensions of the container make it optimal for fully utilising the load area of utility vehicles.

This ATP insulated container model is also available in a version with eutectic plate housing. Both models are available as a simple base version or as a version with wheels or with metal feet. This type of container is in line with the criteria for food transport dictated by ATP standards. At the time of purchase (it will not be possible to request it later), it is possible to apply for the IR and RRCX class approval certificate for fresh transport. It is important to check with your local health authority whether the certificate is compulsory.

For the transport of fresh or frozen food, the use of the container is guaranteed from -30° C to +100° C. Before use, the insulated container must be placed in a refrigerated room overnight so that it can maintain its temperature.
